About this dive site
This dive site is the wreck of the SS Hilda, a steam collier that sank in 1893 after striking a reef. The wreck lies mostly upside down but its prominent boilers, propeller, and large hull sections create a spectacular artificial reef. It is a classic Sydney boat dive renowned for its impressive structure and congregation of fish life.
