About this dive site
This dive site, Manta Arch, is a fascinating location renowned for its grey nurse shark population. Historically, the area has seen up to 60 sharks during the winter months, and remarkably, these sharks now remain consistently present throughout the year. The site features a dramatic archway spanning over a narrow gutter – an overhang that seems to attract these magnificent creatures. Its depth presents a challenge for novice divers; however, experienced divers can explore at a maximum of 12 meters. The area’s topography creates ideal conditions for the sharks, making it an advanced dive location.
