About this dive site

This dive site is located on the northern portion of Red Beach, situated beneath a prominent cape and its associated lighthouse. The area features a reef shelf that begins at approximately 5 meters deep and gradually descends to a sandy bottom as it extends further offshore towards the east. A notable characteristic of this location is the abundance of patchy coral bommies found along the deeper edge of the reef wall. It’s often recommended for divers seeking calm conditions or those desiring a retreat from northerly winds.
