About this dive site
This dive site is a heritage-protected shipwreck located on the Gold Coast, considered one of the area’s premier diving locations. The wreck ran aground in 1887 and subsequently sank. It sits at a depth of approximately 12 to 13 meters, making it suitable for divers of all experience levels. This site is teeming with marine life, including turtles, rays, sharks, and various species of bait fish. Due to its historical significance, visitors are asked to avoid touching or removing anything from the wreck.
