About this dive site
This dive site, Dongelberg, is a quarry offering excellent deep diving opportunities. The location features an extensive line course spanning depths of 30 to 40 meters. A practice platform is available at 30 meters and another at 40 meters, providing convenient access points for divers. Divers can explore various submerged objects, including car wrecks, an airplane cockpit, a ship's radar, and a jet ski – creating unique underwater landscapes. A diving clock allows for interactive communication during the dive. At approximately 18 meters, you’ll find a sturgeon feeding area; with some luck, encounters with large sturgeons and carp are possible. It’s worth remembering to periodically surface to enjoy the possibility of observing a large school of bass! The quarry provides an interesting environment for experienced divers.
