About this dive site

This dive site is located on the north-eastern tip of Klein Bonaire and is named after photographer Carl Roessler. He visited Bonaire at the end of the 1960s to capture underwater photographs, even chartering a boat for this purpose. The area features a shallow bank richly covered in Elkhorn coral and pillar coral. A variety of marine life thrives here, including Parrotfish, Sargant Majors, and French Angels. The reef descends gradually from 9 meters to 40 meters, culminating in a sandy floor. It's occasionally possible to spot seahorses within this area.
