This dive site, Hamlet, is situated in the Hamlet Oasis south of the Dive Friends Hamlet shop, easily identifiable by a prominent pin. Divers can access this site conveniently from either the adjacent Cliff dive site (operated by Dive Friends) or La Machaca dive site (associated with Captain Don’s). With a maximum depth of 19 meters and an average depth of 9 meters, it offers an accessible and enjoyable experience for divers of all experience levels.
The site boasts a rich variety of marine life, especially vibrant in its shallows. Divers frequently encounter fascinating creatures such as seahorses and octopuses, which are active both during the day and night. The healthy reef is also home to a diverse array of typical Caribbean reef fish, including parrotfish, angelfish, wrasses, and groupers, alongside colorful hard and soft corals that paint a thriving underwater landscape.
