About this dive site
This dive site, known as Invisibles, is a popular location just south of Salt Pier and forms part of the 'double reef' dives. It’s considered an excellent choice for divers of all levels due to its easy entry, clearly marked mooring buoy, and sloping reef structure. To reach the mooring buoy, you’ll swim approximately 50 meters over a sandy area. During this swim, keep an eye out for fascinating marine life including palometas, spotted eagle rays, filefish, peacock flounders, jawfish, and juvenile reef fish. The site features a garden eel colony located around the mooring at a depth of 6m just before the first reef begins. The mooring is also aligned with a sand channel that provides a helpful navigational reference; you can explore both north and south from this point. The first reef is a robust, solid structure reaching a maximum depth of 20 meters. Further south, starting at 18 meters, lies the second reef, which gradually tapers off after a distance of 35 meters and is comprised of several coral islands.
