About this dive site

This dive site features the large, upright wreck of the Italian steamship Varese, which sank after hitting a mine during WWI. The bow is particularly well-preserved and the entire structure has become a thriving artificial reef. Its depth and potential currents make it a rewarding challenge for experienced wreck divers.
