About this dive site
This dive site, known as Konnos Bay or Cyclops Cave, is considered one of the premier wall dives in Cyprus. It offers a diverse range of underwater experiences suitable for divers with various qualifications. The depth ranges from 12 to 40 meters, including ‘The Rock’ – a popular spot for free diving at 18 meters. This location is excellent for developing buoyancy control skills.
You can expect to encounter schools of small fish and explore the seaweeds, possibly encountering elusive octopuses or squids hidden within crevices. A variety of marine life, such as moray eels, soldierfish, lionfish, nudibranchs, and various octopus species, are frequently observed here. The underwater environment is truly remarkable.
