Seymour (Channel) and Seymour (Point) offer distinct diving experiences. Seymour Channel is suitable for divers of all levels, though it can have strong currents. The site features platform reefs with a diverse array of fish species and a sandy bottom reaching 10 meters, where Tintoreras sharks and fish cleaning stations are frequently observed. Seymour Point presents a slightly more challenging dive due to its rocky terrain and small caves at approximately 12 meters, potentially containing resting turtles or sharks. Currents can also be strong here, but the diving is mixed – transitioning from coastal dives to deeper blue waters for pelagic animal encounters. A platform near the end of the dive provides an area where sharks are often seen interacting with the current, and fish cleaning stations remain available. Both sites offer opportunities for exploring marine life and observing fascinating behaviors.
