About this dive site
This dive site is named after the Bannerfish that frequent the bay, both during the day and night. It’s a remarkably diverse location boasting a range of habitats and abundant marine life. You'll find expansive seagrass beds teeming with Seahorses and Turtles, alongside sandy slopes populated by Flounders, ghost Pipefish, Seamoths, and Frogfishes. Miniature reefs offer even greater biodiversity, including Octopuses, Moray eels, and numerous species of Shrimp and Scorpionfish. This site is suitable for divers of all levels, from beginners to experienced enthusiasts, marine biology aficionados, and photographers alike. The bay also provides excellent opportunities for training exercises, featuring sand patches and a buoyancy park designed for advanced practice.
