About this dive site
This dive site is located south of Mashraba, approximately a 10-minute drive from Deep Blue Divers. It’s characterized by beautiful underwater islands interconnected by intricate coral formations – essentially, a stunning natural maze. Access to the site involves traversing a reef top lagoon; divers can either enter directly over the reef or utilize one of several openings within it, swimming through to reach the dive area. The area features captivating coral formations nestled amongst pinnacles, offering ample opportunity for exploration. Keep an eye out for blue spotted rays gracefully moving beneath the corals while navigating the pinnacles. You'll likely encounter shoals of blackfin barracuda and occasionally a lone great barracuda adds to the excitement. This site is exceptionally scenic and provides ideal conditions for extended second or third dives, making it perfect for capturing memorable photographs. Be aware that navigation can be challenging due to multiple routes available.
