This dive site is renowned as the Dahab Canyon, a classic and essential exploration for enthusiasts of caves and cavern diving. The canyon presents a remarkable natural phenomenon, extending upwards from the depths into a substantial coral dome filled with glassfish. Easy access is provided via a shallow, sandy lagoon leading to the canyon's entrance at approximately 20 meters. The progression within the canyon offers straightforward navigation, enhanced by the captivating light effects created by sunlight filtering through the structure. Situated about five minutes northeast of the lagoon’s exit, this area rewards repeat visits as its full beauty and variety of marine life are revealed, including Butterflyfishes, Unicornfishes, Octopus, Pufferfish, and the abundant Red Sea Anthias.
