About this dive site
This dive site, known as Tobia Arbaa and also referred to as the Seven Pillars, offers a unique underwater experience. Located a 12-minute speedboat ride from the base, it features a shallow sandy bottom with five prominent peaks leading down to a south slope where mooring is available for boats. This location is particularly appealing to photographers and videographers due to its abundance of captivating subjects. The seabed showcases vibrant soft coral formations adorned with anthias and glassfish, creating an attractive backdrop for macro photography. Napoleon wrasses are frequently observed posing elegantly near the wide-angle lens, while nudibranchs make excellent models for detailed macro shots. Lionfish and jacks actively chase schools of silversides. Turtles can often be spotted here, adding to the site's appeal. The overall environment provides a fantastic setting for capturing stunning underwater images.
