About this dive site
This dive site is located at the Edersee, a dark lake offering several diving opportunities. There are two designated zones for divers to explore. The Edersee has a rich history, with sunken ruins referred to as "Edersee Atlantis" providing an intriguing underwater landscape. Visibility tends to be best during spring months. During summer, water levels can often drop, potentially affecting dive conditions. It’s recommended for more experienced divers due to the lake's darkness and potential challenges. Divers can expect to encounter a variety of fish along with the remnants of these submerged structures.
