This dive site, Vromoneri, is a beautiful and sheltered bay located on the Ionian coast. The bay offers protection from the strong south winds that frequently affect the area. Diving begins in a shallow sandy bottom before transitioning to a substantial rocky reef just outside the bay's entrance. This reef supports a diverse array of marine life including octopuses, moray eels, lionfish, and small groupers. It’s suitable for divers of all skill levels, making it ideal both for those new to scuba diving and experienced enthusiasts alike.
