About this dive site
Batu Rufus means Rufus rock, the name coming from the large limestone formation that extends out to the fringing coral reef that forms the dive site.
Visibility here is typically around 20 meters and currents are mild to medium, meaning this site can be tackled by less experienced divers as well as the more experienced and is also a great site for snorkelling as the lagoon is like a natural swimming pool.
It's one of the most renowed dive sites in this area.
