About this dive site

This dive site features a large, submerged rock formation offering an exciting experience. The shallowest point is located just 5 meters from the surface, requiring a quick descent if currents are strong. Be prepared for a thrilling plunge into the blue, surrounded by the vibrant colors of surgeon fish and trevallies. Currents can be significant, so vigilance is key – they often lead towards a coral reef where you might encounter reef sharks. The area provides fantastic opportunities to witness the dynamic activity of a current split, observing Whitetip and Grey Reef sharks alongside other fascinating marine life such as Napoleon Wrasse, thousands of butterfly fish, and occasionally even dolphins! As you drift around the back of the rock formation at the end of your dive, keep an eye out for schools of batfish, more surgeon fish, octopus, turtles, nudi branchs, and perhaps a scorpion fish. This location is consistently ranked among the world’s best diving destinations.
