About this dive site

This dive site, Sanur Channel / Dog's Point, offers a convenient and accessible diving experience just 10 minutes by boat from the beaches of Sanur. The sandy bottom provides a gentle entry point for beginners, while relatively shallow depths make it ideal for initial open water dives. A small house reef exists on the left side as you face Nusa Penida and Manta Point. While the coral may not be as vibrant as in some other parts of Bali, this location offers a unique opportunity to explore. Sanur Channel is known for its unusual marine life, including sightings of Lionfish and sea snakes. It's worth noting that this area is often overlooked by casual divers seeking more typical reef experiences, but closer inspection reveals a rewarding dive.
