About this dive site
This dive site is located on the island of Figarolo, offering access to the open sea. The consistent currents contribute to excellent visibility. Divers descend along a mooring line that leads past rocky formations and onto a sloping sandy area – this zone is home to sea eagles and stingrays. During certain times of year, San Pietro can also be observed. The marine life is typical of the Mediterranean, featuring groupers, moray eels, barracudas, and octopuses. Small fish are abundant in this region, attracting larger predators such as barracudas, amberjacks, dentex, tuna, and even dolphins.
