About this dive site
This dive site, known as the Cave of Dripstones, offers a challenging experience for experienced Tec Cave Divers. Located in close proximity to the Pastizza caves, access is restricted to a point only 15 meters from the entrance. Once inside the initial chamber, a tunnel quickly leads into darkness, obscuring any view of the starting point. The site is characterized by its mystical atmosphere and intricate formations of stalactites and stalagmites, creating a sense of timelessness. A prominent feature is "The Palm Tree", a colossal stalagmite that dominates one of the air chambers. Exploring this chamber offers a unique opportunity to admire the roof adorned with numerous stalactites. Typical underwater encounters include shrimps, various crustaceans, sponges, and benthic worms. The dive requires careful navigation due to the enclosed environment.
