About this dive site
This dive site offers a unique experience through a spectacular passage formed by two natural arches that cross a shoal. The route, known as 'gli ARCHI', is considered demanding and suitable for experienced divers who are comfortable with technical diving procedures. Starting at 6 meters, the dive descends along "The Hat of the Secca", a vertical wall rich in life. At approximately 30 meters, this wall features rare two-colored paramuricee Clavate (gorgonia chameleon). Continuing downwards, at 52 meters, divers can encounter colonies of black coral (antpatella subpinnata) and false black coral (savalia savaglia). Immediately adjacent to these corals is a remarkable formation: two rock arches – the first smaller and the second immense – spanning from a depth of 57 meters to its extremity at 48 meters. These arches are consistently adorned with chameleon gorgonians. The dive site boasts significant biodiversity and offers an opportunity to explore diverse coral formations and unique marine life.
