It offers a distinctive underwater landscape where the reef seamlessly transitions into an extensive coral garden at approximately 25 meters depth, providing clear navigation along its contours. No specific history or story is provided, but its name 'Faru' indicates a reef in Dhivehi. The reef boasts an abundance of healthy hard coral life, forming the foundation of a thriving ecosystem. Lionfishes and a diverse array of other reef fishes contribute to the rich biodiversity of this site.
