About this dive site

This dive site is located in the south Ari atoll, a region renowned for its marine biodiversity. It gained protected status as a marine park in 1995. This small reef offers a truly memorable diving experience due to its abundant fish life and fascinating underwater formations. The area features two prominent overhangs adorned with beautiful sea fans, creating an inviting passageway for divers. You’ll also discover two substantial coral blocks providing shelter and habitat. Covering these structures are dense colonies of 5-line snappers and fusiliers. Keep an eye out for jackfish actively hunting, and the occasional white-tip reef shark patrolling the area. A 12-meter plateau is home to a vibrant display of pink anemones. This dive site presents a captivating combination of natural beauty, diverse marine life, and intriguing underwater features.
