About this dive site
This dive site is located on the south side of Rasdhoo island. It features a beautiful wall descending to three small pinnacles (thila), situated slightly further from the main island wall. The top of these thilas reaches depths between 18 and 20 meters, making it suitable for both beginner and experienced divers. Be aware that currents can be medium to strong at times. Regular sightings include Napoleon wrasse, white tip sharks, and gray reef sharks. Occasionally, you might find resting stingrays on the sandy bottom between 25 and 30 meters, nestled between the wall and the thilas. For lucky visitors, eagle rays and even manta rays can be spotted! This location is also a prime spot for macro photographers, offering a diverse array of small marine creatures to observe.
