About this dive site

This dive site, known as Dos Ojos, is located a short drive from the starting point – just 10 minutes by car and then a 2km journey into the jungle. The area features two impressive open pools that create spectacular light effects for divers approaching them. Dos Ojos is part of a vast underground river system connecting several smaller cenotes in the region, with the main cenote consisting of wide passages and chambers considered among the largest on the peninsula. There are two distinct dive routes: Barbie Line and Bat Cave. Each route offers dives approximately 40-45 minutes long, reaching a maximum depth of 14 meters (45 feet).
