This dive site is a popular local destination known for its rich history and diverse marine environment. Located within the Taputeranga Marine Reserve, it features four sunken vessels: Yung Penn – Taiwanese Squid Boat (sunk 12/12/1981), Progress (sunk 1/5/1931), and Wellington & Cyrus (both sunk 7/3/1874). The area provides plenty of channels to explore through the reef. Divers can expect a wide variety of marine life, including the renowned friendly Blue Cod found in these waters. It's a rewarding dive for those interested in exploring underwater wrecks and experiencing the unique ecosystem of this reserve.
