Punta Veleros

This dive site, located a mere 5 minutes from the Los Órganos pier, offers a captivating underwater experience. The reef boasts a maximum depth of just 10 meters, making it ideal for divers of various skill levels. It’s characterized by a vibrant coral garden teeming with a diverse array of fish – ranging in size, color, and shape. Among the frequently spotted inhabitants are Cortez Angelfish, Three-Banded Butterflyfish, Bearded Butterflyfish, Moray Eels, King Angelfish, various octopuses, crabs, Green Sea Turtles, and Hawksbill Sea Turtles. The area provides a glimpse into a thriving marine ecosystem.
