About this dive site
This dive site is located in the southeast part of Dilumacad Island, often called Helicopter Island due to its distinctive shape. The underwater topography features a distinct division into three sections: a southern reef followed by a large sandy expanse that transitions into another reef heading north. This creates two primary diving areas – exploring the south reef combined with a portion of the sandy patch, or venturing to the northern reef and the opposite side of the sandy area. Situated relatively close to El Nido town (approximately 30 minutes away), it's a frequently visited location within Bacuit Bay.
