About this dive site

Located about 40-60 minutes by boat from Alona Beach, Bohol, Pamilacan Island offers a diverse dive experience with both walls and slopes. It is one of the best areas outside of Balicasag to spot whale sharks and large schools of fish. The southwest wall is known for frequent whale shark sightings and large schools of bumphead parrotfish. Drift dives along the wall can reach depths of 25-30 meters, allowing divers to track large marine life. The northeast slope features soft and hard corals, sandy patches, caves, and anemone areas, often hosting schools of barracuda and giant trevally. Giant fish can be seen stirring at depths of 30 meters.
