This dive site is located within the modern Aqua Lublin complex in the heart of Lublin, Poland. It primarily serves as a training facility, featuring a main pool up to 4.5 meters deep and a dedicated 'Zone H2o Lublin' pool with a maximum depth of 3 meters. The Profundal Center utilizes these pools for conducting Open Water Diver courses, as well as various fitness classes tailored for divers, providing a safe and controlled environment for learning and skill refinement. Access is strictly managed through contract-holding diving centers, with no individual entry permitted.
As an artificial swimming pool environment, this dive site does not naturally host any marine animals or plants. The primary 'life' observed here would be human divers practicing skills or instructors teaching, in a sterile and chemically treated water setting designed for safety and clarity.
The best time to visit this dive site is during the operational hours of the partner diving centers, as it is an indoor facility unaffected by external weather conditions. Divers and freedivers planning to use the facilities must book their sessions through one of the two authorized diving centers, such as the Profundal Center, making spontaneous individual entry impossible. It is an excellent location for initial training and ongoing skill maintenance.
