About this dive site

This dive site is DiveBase Tenerife House Reef, also known as Baja de La Tortuga (Turtle Bay). It’s located in Alcala. This volcanic reef offers a unique diving experience with dark sand and black rock formations, including caves and swim-through passages. The seabed slopes gently to a maximum depth of 15 meters, depending on the tide. Divers can expect to encounter a variety of marine life, such as turtles, octopuses, cuttlefish, trumpet fish, and even murky eels. It’s a fantastic location for exploring diverse underwater ecosystems.
