About this dive site
This dive site, located at Punta Rasca near the coast, presents a unique wreck experience. The cargo ship ran aground in 1973 and is now scattered around the area. The stern section and boiler are the most prominent features of this wreck due to the effects of strong currents and storms. The aft hold provides habitat for large trumpet fish and catalufas. Small fire worms can be observed on the hull. The dive offers a simple but atmospheric experience, especially when viewed amidst the surrounding basalt columns. Visibility is likely limited due to the scattered wreckage.
