About this dive site

This dive site, located in 'The Desert', offers an intriguing underwater experience suitable for all levels of divers. The descent begins on a large bed of volcanic rock leading to a sandy and flat area teeming with life. A significant highlight is the concentration of garden eels – one of Europe’s largest populations, providing a unique opportunity for observation. Alongside these delicate creatures, you'll encounter groupers and pejerpeines, along with some stingrays. Continuing the dive, the exploration shifts to a rocky cliff face where numerous jacks, moray eels, and more groupers reside, and some of these groupers are known for being particularly sociable and playful, often staying close to divers. The final section involves exploring shallow areas featuring cracks, cavities, and even a small underwater crater – adding an element of discovery to the dive.
