About this dive site
This dive site, La Vaca, is located within the "Illes Medes" marine reserve. It presents a unique underwater experience as an approximately 30-meter long tunnel that traverses the great island of "Meda Gran" from north to south. The tunnel entrance on its southern side sits at a depth of 12 meters. The remarkable brightness inside the tunnel allows for exceptional visibility, making it ideal for taking stunning photographs. This area is abundant with groupers, and notably features a large grouper that frequently resides near the entrance. Visibility is excellent due to the tunnel's design.
