About this dive site

This dive site is located on the south face of the Peñón de Ifach, a prominent rock formation off the coast. It stands out as the shallowest dive area available on this side. The seabed here is remarkably flat, offering a gentle entry point for divers. A vibrant posidonia meadow dominates the landscape, spreading between patches of sand and scattered rocks. This underwater environment teems with life, including sightings of salps, various types of spits, soles, and occasionally octopus. Adding to the interest are remnants of a fishing boat that rests on the bottom, creating an artificial reef which further enhances marine biodiversity. It’s particularly well-suited for those new to diving or experienced divers looking to practice their skills in a relaxed environment. The presence of such diverse life makes this a rewarding dive for all levels.
