This dive site features the nice little wreck of a 42-foot sailboat, resting peacefully on a bed of white sand at approximately 30 meters deep. It's primarily a relaxing experience for advanced divers, offering a chance to explore the structure of the sunken vessel. Navigation is straightforward, centered around the wreck itself, which lies clearly visible on the sandy bottom.
The area surrounding the wreck is teeming with marine life. Divers can observe large groups of garden eels swaying from the sand, while rays and various sharks are often found camouflaged beneath the sandy bottom. Above the wreck, large schools of rancadores swim, frequently attracting barracuda ready to hunt, creating dynamic predatory scenes.
The best time to visit this dive site generally aligns with good weather conditions in Spain, typically from spring through autumn for warmer water and calmer seas. Given its depth, it is recommended for experienced divers who are comfortable with decompression limits. While primarily a scuba site, experienced freedivers may find the wreck an interesting challenge, though its depth requires significant skill.
