Located offshore from Green Island, it is an artificial reef diving spot. In 2004, about 150 discarded utility poles were systematically placed in the sea. Over the years, these poles have become a new home for marine life, transforming into a spectacular coral forest and fish habitat. 50 utility poles are arranged in a row, with a strong sense of structure. Yellow Snapper often inhabit the gaps in the fish reef.
