About this dive site

This dive site, Koh Hin Ngam, is a captivating location featuring a small island sculpted by the relentless action of waves over thousands of years. The shoreline is dramatically masked with beautiful black volcanic stones. It’s situated 2.5 kilometers south of Koh Ngam Noi and consists of two rocky outcrops. The maximum depth reaches 20 meters, offering clear visibility. Currents are generally mild to weak, making it a suitable dive for a range of experience levels. The area is rich in marine life, boasting an abundance of healthy coral including staghorn, table, brain, cabbage, and black coral varieties. You'll also discover barrel sponges and vibrant beds of anemones. A diverse array of fish inhabits the site, including Titan Triggerfish, Pufferfish, Moorish Idol, and Porcupine fish.
