About this dive site
This dive site is Koh Sak island, a fantastic location that has experienced a dramatic shift in recent times. Following a period of increased activity, the island has become deserted since the lockdown implemented in July 2020, resulting in a remarkable tranquility for divers. This offers a unique opportunity to explore underwater landscapes with minimal disturbance.
Divers can enjoy a muck dive within the bay, searching for fascinating benthic creatures. There's also the chance to connect with vibrant coral reefs on the same dive. A notable feature is the presence of resident sea turtles, often observed swimming gracefully – almost like clockwork. This makes it an excellent choice for both experienced and novice divers alike.
