About this dive site

This dive site presents a truly unique and fascinating underwater experience. Located in a lake, it boasts an incredible array of submerged objects, primarily wrecks of varying sizes. A prominent feature is the fuselage of a 737 airplane, alongside a bus, a cave system, and even Thorpe park rangers (presumably for safety). There are numerous boats, cars, a VW camper, a diving bell reminiscent of ‘pressure’, half an American taxi from ‘Die Hard’, a homemade semi-submersible craft, and a suspended dragon boat. For those interested in marine life, the lake is home to a diverse ecosystem including pike, perch, eels, crayfish, freshwater mussels, sponges, and trench. Visibility within the site will vary depending on conditions. The area offers a combination of historical intrigue and natural beauty.
