Owen's Reef is a stunning dive site renowned for its exceptional coral biodiversity. Located a short boat ride from Tranquility Island Eco Resort, this figure-eight shaped reef offers a dynamic underwater landscape with depths from 1 to 20 meters. A visiting marine biologist once noted it for its abundant and diverse coral species, including enormous porites, brain, table, and staghorn corals. The site features numerous swim-throughs, coral overhangs, and gorgonian fans, and is teeming with fish life, including amazing resident clownfish. Its rich and varied topography makes it a favorite spot where many divers return for repeat dives.
