This dive site is located at Frankston Pier, offering a convenient shore diving experience. The depth ranges from 0 to 5 meters, making it ideal for beginner divers and snorkelers. Access can be gained either directly under the pier or via the lower landing. Best conditions are typically found with easterly winds, while westerly winds should be avoided. A variety of marine life can be observed here, including smooth rays, goatfish, hulafish, various wrasses, and nudibranchs. Be mindful of potential hazards such as fishermen, boats, jet skiers, and children jumping off the pier. The area features reef balls positioned at the end of the pier, adding to the underwater scenery.
