The dive begins on a sandy bottom before progressing along the wall, which descends to considerable depths. Maximum depth is typically around 18 meters (60 feet), though the walls extend much deeper. As the dive nears its end, divers can return to the sandy or grassy areas where garden eels frequently reside amongst the sand.
