About this dive site

This dive site is located approximately 6.5 miles off the eastern tip of Curaçao, a truly special Caribbean destination. It’s a remote and rugged island of volcanic rock, accessible by boat – roughly a one-and-a-half hour journey. The locals describe this location as offering significantly larger underwater habitats with an abundance of marine life, including frequent sightings of sea turtles, ocean triggerfish, and sizable groupers. Designated as the 55th Wetland of International Importance by the Netherlands (Site Ramsar No. 2355), Klein Curaçao is also part of a Sea Turtle Protection Initiative led by Sea Turtle Conservation Curacao (STCC). This pristine and unspoiled area provides a fantastic opportunity for both diving and snorkeling. The surrounding waters are warm and aquamarine.
