About this dive site
This dive site offers a rewarding experience for divers of varying levels. The dive begins with a swim out over a shallow sand patch, leading past an old pontoon mooring block – a worthwhile point to explore on the return journey. From there, it progresses towards the edge of a long reef. This location is known for its diverse marine life, including the chance encounters with frogfish, sea horses, turtles, and occasionally dolphins in the distance. The route also passes near flamingo salt flats, making it an ideal spot for capturing photographic memories. Access to the water is easy via a sandy or coral rubble beach. Visibility can vary, but the overall experience is consistently good due to the site’s varied terrain.
