About this dive site
This dive site is located in Fokia Bay, just outside the village of Pefkos. It’s a beautiful and relatively shallow area known for its numerous rock overhangs that shelter a diverse array of Mediterranean marine life. The depth ranges from 5 to 14 meters, making it suitable for various experience levels. A key feature is the presence of swim-through passages. You might encounter pipefish, damselfish, stingrays, and rockfish in this area. There's also the possibility of spotting turtles. Visibility is excellent, reaching over 20 meters. The water temperature typically falls between 19 and 30 degrees Celsius, with currents generally being minimal. This location offers opportunities for both qualified divers and those new to scuba diving, as well as introductory courses and snorkeling.
