About this dive site

This dive site, Crystal Bay, is a renowned location celebrated for its diverse marine life and captivating underwater landscapes. It’s a favorite among divers, frequently hosting magnificent creatures such as the Mola Mola, moray eels, and leaf fish. The bay offers an ever-changing experience; exploring it repeatedly can yield different discoveries.

The dive typically begins on a coral plateau surrounding the prominent rock formation that defines the bay. From there, divers navigate along coral bumps and asperities – characteristic features of this site – leading to breathtaking views of aquatic artistry. The slope descends into a white sandbar, creating a gradual transition in depth. As you return towards shore, explore canyons carved into the rock face, teeming with a variety of species.

An alternative route allows divers to circle the rock and venture along the wall, which is vibrant with color and life, and often impacted by currents. This area provides a dynamic and exciting dive experience.
