About this dive site
This dive site is located on the southwest coast of Nusa Penida, in the Bali region and is renowned as one of the most famous manta cleaning stations. The underwater landscape consists primarily of limestone rocks and small sandy bays. Coral growth here isn't abundant. Reef mantas (manta alfredi) frequently visit to receive cleaning services from cleaner fish within these sheltered areas, utilizing them for social interaction and feeding when plankton aggregations are present. Divers can regularly encounter other marine life including blue spotted stingrays, eagle rays, bamboo reef sharks, turtles, and molas. It’s suitable for divers of all skill levels, as well as snorkelers. Conditions must be favorable for diving at this exposed site.
